Orlando Section Membership Development Report - April 25, 2012

                 

The number of active members at all grades in the Orlando Section increased from 1190 on March 23, 2012 to 1223 on April 21, 2012.

 

A comparison with the totals for April 4, 2011 shows significant year-over-year losses among Associate Members, Fellows, and Members; year-over-year gains among Affiliates, Senior Members, and Student Members.

                                                                                                                               

 

There were no significant month-over-month decreases in any member grades.  

 

From March 22, 2012 through April 16, 2012, 17 new members joined the IEEE in the Orlando Section:  4 Members, 3 Graduate Student Members, and 10 Student Members. Please reach out and welcome these new IEEE members. Their names appear on the attached list of new IEEE members to the Orlando Section with contact information.

From March 24, 2012 through April 16, 2012, 4 active IEEE members moved to the Orlando Section: 1 Graduate Student Member, 1 Student Member, and 2 Members. Please welcome the IEEE members who have moved to the Orlando Section.  Their names and contact information are shown on the attached list.

The number of Members in Arrears for 2012 from the Orlando Section is 334, as of April 21, 2012.  The current list of Members in Arrears is attached to this report.  During the period of recovery, please reach out to lapsed members you know to encourage their membership renewal.

 

The most recent MD webcast was conducted on Wednesday, April 18, 2012, based on March 2012 membership data.  The MD Monthly Report for March 2012 is attached to  this report as a PDF file. The next  MD webcast is scheduled for May 16, 2012.
